A longtime resident of the Houston area, Kim Cao has always been drawn to real estate. After starting out in the industry as an Assistant for a local Broker, she would attend college and earn her degree in Advertising with a minor in Global Business. Seeking an opportunity that complimented her entrepreneurial spirit while still giving her the flexibility to be there for her family, she decided to launch her career as a full time agent and the rest is history.
Today, Kim leads the Cao & Co Real Estate Group LLC., where she supervises an elite team to assist clients throughout Houston's Loop and West Side. There, she has cultivated a boutique workflow around values of openness, integrity and compassion for every buyer or seller.
Outside her career, Kim is tremendously active in her community, currently serving as the president of Asian American Real Estate Association. Kim also serves as a member of the Junior League of Houston and organizes many events as the program coordinator for the Vietnamese Cultural and Science Association. When she's not with clients or giving back, she can be found spending time with her dogs visiting the various parks and sites around Houston enjoying all the city has to offer.
Going forward, Kim has exciting plans for the future of her business. As her volume maintains its steady growth, she intends on adding to her team while scaling the standards of service that have set her apart. But above all, she is most excited for the new connections that await in the city she loves.

Clarence V. Snell is an IT guru with an extensive background in the Telecommunications industry. He started his career with AT&T back in 2000 which he immediately rose up the ladder. He later enrolled at the University of Houston-Downtown, where he graduated with a BA in Computer Information Systems. In 2006, Clarence partnered with other investors and formed RealHomeBuyers, LLC. While working deals Clarence specialized in Contract Negotiating, Home Design, and Repair Cost. In only a 3 year span the company profited over $500,000. Soon after this success Clarence explored the opportunity to obtain his real estate license, but was put on hold after he and his wife found out they were pregnant. In 2006, they welcomed an healthy girl. He now serves on the Fort Bend Richmond Oilers Executive Board and President of a Youth Mentorship program teaching kids computer programming.
