Hello, my name is Kathleen Milam. I was born in Northern Ireland and lived in England and Brazil before coming to Houston.

I specialize in Inner Loop properties and NW Houston. I am also familiar with the general Houston area.

I have been in real estate for 13 years. Before that I was a professional interior decorator. The transition to real estate seemed logical and I thoroughly enjoy my job.

I speak fluent Portuguese and enjoy working with Brazilians who are either relocating to Houston, or simply moving homes. The home process is made a lot easier when one's own language is spoken and I strive to make it as pleasant and painless as possible.

Karol is an expert with over 20 years in the real estate industry; she has handled multiple transactions in both Commercial and Residential sales and leasing. For the past decade she has been a premier Transaction Coordinator to many of Houston's top producing realtors and is no stranger to a fast paced environment. Karol also enjoys helping friends, family and referral clients purchase, sell, lease and manage their homes. Karol is a fun loving aqua-mom, who also enjoys arts and crafts in her free time.

Relocating from Sao Paulo, Brazil to Houston in 2013 as a commodities trader I began investing in real estate on the side for a second income. In 2018 I made the decision to go full time into real estate investing. Working with the Reed Smith Group already, I have transitioned into being a Realtor with in the group. Being bilingual and understanding the aspects of international relocation, along with understanding the processes of the real estate investment market make me a great asset to the group. On my off time I enjoy traveling with my wife and two daughters.
