Oscar's real estate career quickly bloomed in his first year of 2013 after he decided to make a change in his life. Becoming a real estate agent was the best decision he made because he found his true passion. He is a great amiable person with a great humor that his clients appreciate. Outside of real estate he is a primary Sunday school teacher for 5 year old children at his church. He enjoys spending time with family and trying variety of the best restaurants and spots in Houston.

Since 1974, I have lived in Houston and various suburbs. In 2001, I graduated with honors from Prairie View A&M with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to real estate, I worked in the oil and gas industry for 15 years for the following companies: ExxonMobil, BP, Oasis, and Oxy. Although in real estate, an engineering degree is not required, my engineering knowledge aids in successful buying and selling negotiations.

I pledge to constantly communicate with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the home buying or selling process. If my clients do not have a fantastic experience, I haven't done my job. I don't measure success through achievements or awards but the satisfaction of my clients. My clients always come first!

A fourth generation Houstonian, Rebecca Silberman's love for Houston and its neighboring communities is deep rooted. Rebecca spent her childhood growing up in Memorial. A graduate of Memorial High School, she earned her degree in Marketing from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in New Orleans. Rebecca spent four years working in business development at a global law firm to which she credits her strong negotiation skills, creative problem solving techniques and natural ability to effectively market her listings.

Above all, Rebecca values making a personal connection with her clients. She is committed to remaining informed about the local market and handles each transaction with professionalism and integrity. She does not limit herself to one type of purchase, sale or lease or one particular Houston neighborhood.
