Gary has over 40 Years of Experience in Real Estate Development and Sales

Being a Former Home Builder, he has a wide knowledge of residential construction and marketing.

Gary was born in Huntsville, Texas moving to Houston in 1954 at age 3. He has lived in the Houston area for 60 years.

He has extensive knowledge and experience with Title Companies and in Land Research. He is proficient in solutions to complex and creative finance issues.

The Eagle Scout Honor was awarded to Gary in 1964 which continues to be a special honor to him today.

He attended the University of Texas in Austin and was a member of the Texas Longhorn Band. He was selected to serve in Kappa Kappa Psi, an honorary fraternity for College Bands. He continues to support the Longhorns as a member of the Longhorn Alumni Band.

He serves as a Texas District Captain for the Convention of States, an organization promoting an Article V Convention.

Gary is also a Professional Musician and performs on his trumpet with The Sounds of The South Dance Orchestra.

He has been married for 43 Years, raised 3 beautiful daughters and now enjoys 6 Grandchildren

Aleah, a dedicated and passionate real estate professional, was born in Covina, California, and spent her formative years in Pomona. Her real estate journey began in Friendswood, Texas, where she lived for a decade, accompanying her mother on property searches and fostering a deep love for the industry.

Having gained invaluable knowledge of the Friendswood area and its surroundings, Aleah is now settled in Atascocita, where she has become acquainted with the local real estate landscape. Alongside her real estate pursuits, Aleah manages a small shop, specializing in self-care products, spiritual and manifesting items, and intuitive consulting services, which she offers at local markets.

Bringing five years of experience as an intuitive consultant, along with her understanding of client needs, motivations, and emotions she acquired while studying psychology at the University of Houston, Aleah seamlessly integrates her intuitive expertise into her real estate practice. Her unique approach allows her to assist Houstonians in making informed decisions when buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Jennifer Price Bates, native Houstonian and fourth generation Texan, has deep roots in our beloved city. She has been associated with real estate her whole life watching her father work in the business since she was a child. Jennifer always knew that one day she would follow in her father's footsteps.

Jennifer was recognized as Greenwood King's Top Producer of 2020 and 2021 and Rookie of the Year her first year of business. As well she was also honored as a Top Producer Club Member in 2014. Her positive outlook, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail provide her clients with the utmost respect and dedication they deserve. Highly organized and with a keen sense of communication, Jennifer represents her clients with her full attention and will do whatever it takes to make their transaction a smooth and positive experience. Although Jennifer knows the entire Houston area, she specializes in the areas of Memorial and all the Memorial Villages, Briargrove, Briargrove Park, Spring Valley, Wilchester, Rummel Creek, Nottingham, Nottingham Forest, Westchester, Walnut Bend, and the Energy Corridor.

After graduating from Memorial High School and The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Jennifer taught for two years in Dallas then returned to Houston to teach at St. Francis Episcopal Day School and Wilchester Elementary School in the Spring Branch Independent School District for a total of 10 years.

Committed to her community, Jennifer is a proud member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is actively involved with the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association of Houston. Jennifer was an active member of the Stratford High School Playhouse Booster Club serving as Booster Club President for 2 years with a total of 4 years serving on the Executive Board. Jennifer was also on the Executive Board for 2 years for the Stratford Spartanaires as the Spring Show Chairman. She has also served on the SHS Choir Booster Club Executive Board for 2 years, involved with SHS PTA, Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS) Leading Ladies as well as a past member of the Junior League of Houston.

Jennifer and her husband Matt have lived in Wilchester for almost 20 years proudly raising their two daughters in the SBISD schools. After graduating Stratford HS, Lindsay graduated from Wright State University earning a BFA in Musical Theatre and Hailey is a rising Sophomore at the University of Georgia pursuing BBA in Accounting and Finance. Along with their Corgi, she enjoys playing tennis, volunteering and being with family and friends.
