My name is Rhonda Langdon and I grew up in Houston and have lived here most all of my life. I am an original Army wife, so I did venture out a few years, even as far as Germany. But you can't keep a Texan away from home long. After returning I worked in Administration and Transportation at J B Hunt and Tyson, while at the same time working as an ASL Interpreter for the hearing impaired. While searching for a home of our own I fell in love with the Real Estate field. I earned my Real Estate license and have been working in real estate for 19 years now. While I am open to all areas of Houston and surrounding areas, I am most familiar with the areas stretching from Spring to Kingwood and down to Friendswood.



To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I have enjoyed spending my time working with the deaf community and also helping local charities such as The Bridge, Star of Hope and Samaritan's Purse. I have loved organizing events and being involved in collecting clothing, coats, blankets and filling shoe boxes with toys, school supplies and toiletries for children. Giving truly is better than receiving. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers.



I believe it is important to give back to our community. To always help when I can and enlist others when needed to help meet the specific goal or need.



In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family and our animals. I love being creative by sketching or by giving new life to an outdated piece of furniture. I also love to rescue animals, I have 3 myself ! I work hard in helping them find a forever loving home.

As a resident of the Spring/Woodlands area for over 20 years, Stephanie possesses an in-depth knowledge of, and passion for, the community and the local real estate market. Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Stephanie utilized the business knowledge she obtained while completing both undergraduate and graduate business programs at The University of Texas at Austin to serve clients as a Certified Public Accountant and financial consultant for several years.
