Sandy learned early on that sales was the perfect career fit. She spent 20 years in the staffing industry both as a top producer for Houston and the State of Texas and as an agency owner having owned Steitz Personnel and Steitz and Corbett Personnel. After selling her agency she joined Mary Kay Cosmetics earning three Cadillacs, trips and numerous prizes as a measure of her sales and leadership skills.
