Akira started investing in real estate in 2018. She has successfully fixed & flipped multiple residential homes in Florida and Georgia. She is now a Realtor, Investor, Landlord and STR/MTR Host. Her specialty remains real estate investing which includes pre-foreclosures and creative financing (i.e. subject to, seller financing, novation agreements, etc). However, Akira is dedicated to helping others achieve their real estate goals through all channels: investing, buying, selling or renting/leasing.

Originally from Atlanta, GA, Rebecca knows what it's like to relocate, and has a passion for helping others discover just how much there is to love about her adopted city. Rebecca's wide breadth of professional experience uniquely prepared her for a career in residential real estate. With a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wake Forest University, and a Master's in counseling from Georgia State University, Rebecca spent most of her previous career in the high-tech industry, working with software customers to help her company understand their needs and what it was that they were trying to accomplish. Many of those skills translate directly to real estate. Rebecca is an effective listener with her buyers and sellers, working hard to understand their wants and needs and to find the best home that suits their lifestyle. Rebecca's husband Charles is in commercial real estate development, and together they enjoy animated discussions about the ever-evolving landscape of Houston and the surrounding areas. As a family the Turners enjoy skiing, the beach, riding bikes and anything else they can possibly do outside. Rebecca is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston after a 10-year active membership that included volunteering at Texas Children's Hospital and the Holocaust Museum of Houston as well as various leadership roles. She also is an active volunteer at her children's school, St. Francis Episcopal Day School, and at First Presbyterian Church of Houston.

Andrea boasts an illustrious career within the Houston real estate arena, firmly establishing herself as the go-to expert in the luxury residential market. Andrea Turtur, a native Houstonian, was raised in Houston's exclusive River Oaks area, attending school at one of Houston's premier private schools, Kinkaid. Andrea later made her debut in New York at the International Debutante's Ball. Andrea went on to attend school at the University of Texas in Austin and SMU in Dallas. While at the University of Texas, Andrea became one of the founding members of the Kappa Delta Sorority and was honored to be a Silver Spur Sweetheart. She graduated with a degree in communication.

Andrea has devoted countless hours over the years to a variety of Houston volunteer organizations, serving as Chair to the Heart Ball and Winter Ball. She has also been Chair to numerous events for Cancer Counseling, Juvenile Diabetes, Citizens for Animal Protection, and built "Ride On" for Disabled Children. She has also served on the Board for Baylor College of Medicine Partnership. Andrea has spent time as a member at the Houston Ballet and Houston's Livestock Show and Rodeo.

As a renowned equistrian, Andrea won the world in 2000 and 2004. She further enjoys the outdoors including golf, fishing, hiking, tennis, and working out. She truly enjoys a healthy lifestyle which is evident in her style of cooking and entertaining.

Greg Hawes is a Graduate Master Builder with over 30 years of experience in the home building profession. He worked for ten years as President of Partners in Building, a custom builder. With his position at Partners in Building, he was able to expand the company from a start-up to a full-fledged reputable business, now ranked by Houston Business Journal as one of the top 10 largest Houston home builders.

Greg has also held various positions in the eight plus years he worked with the U.S. Home corporate office, such as Regional President and Division President.

Greg graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors Degree in Math.

Anne attended The Kinkaid School and Memorial High School and is a graduate of Randolph Macon Woman’s College. When not working, Anne is very involved in school, church and charitable activities. She is an active volunteer and advisory board member at Yellowstone Academy, and volunteers for Second Baptist School, Second Baptist Church, and National Charity League. She is also a supporter of the Brookwood Community and other local charities. Anne and her husband have four children and she enjoys spending family time at their farm, traveling, antiquing, hunting and gardening.
