Native Houstonian Sharon Smith understands Houston’s ever-changing real estate market. Over the years, Sharon has lived in neighborhoods across the Houston metropolitan area and has extensive knowledge of the Memorial Villages, Tanglewood, Briargrove, The Heights, Garden Oaks, Bellaire, Meyerland, and other traditional areas.

“Prior to beginning my real estate career, I knew that working with individuals and families to help them find the perfect home was what I really wanted to do. Sharon graduated from the University of St. Thomas with an MBA in accounting. She worked as an external auditor for one of the largest CPA firms and later as an internal auditor at a Fortune 500 company. Sharon has the professional ease and ability to work with and negotiate even the most unusual transactions. That business experience, coupled with honed analytical and negotiating skills, provides her clients with a decided advantage.

Michael has been in the real estate industry for the better part of two decades with experience in both residential and investment real estate. His recent real estate experience includes personal investment property acquisition, property management, and most recently, investment in multifamily properties. While Michael was not born in the state of Texas, he has spent the majority of his life in the state and grew up in the Katy area. He has experienced firsthand the vast growth and development of this area over his lifetime. A devoted husband of over twenty years, he and his wife enjoy the benefits of raising their daughter in this ever-expanding community with the many opportunities this offers.
