Texas born and raised! I have been in real estate more than ten years and was a small business owner for over twenty years. My clients agree that I understand customer service and stay beside them all the way.

The Name: My name is Brigitte Nolen, pronounced Bregetta, I am also called Bridget or B, so choose what is easiest for you! The Person: I was born and raised in Germany, near the Austrian and Swiss borders. Being the youngest of 6 and the only female, I grew up a tomboy. My husband still smiles whenever I pick up a hammer or screwdriver, as these are not foreign objects to me. I went thru the German school system, a 2-year trade school and worked in the health industry for several years. I was an avid skier and rock climber, travelling the surrounding countries whenever possible. Wanting to see the world, I decided to become an Au Pair. This took me to no other place than Horseshoe Bay (Deerhaven to be precise), Texas, where I met what later became my husband, and as they say: the rest is history…married for almost 30 years, 2 grown children, a step-daughter and 3 grandsons, which I adore. The Realtor: Moving to Horseshoe Bay in late 1990 I was promptly hired by a German broker for my proficiency in the German and English languages. I instantly developed a love for the local communities and dove into learning all aspects of the real estate industry. Later I became the Broker's assistant for what is now RE/MAX Horseshoe Bay, and eventually ventured out as an individual agent, joining Keller Williams Realty. In recent years I was instrumental in building a local Keller Williams team which quickly became one of the top producing firms in Horseshoe Bay and the surrounding lakes. After 14 years with Keller Williams Realty, I chose to once again give my expertise directly to buyers and sellers. In 2019 I was invited to join the prestigious boutique agency of Gillean & Associates Realty. Most recently Gillean & Associates Realty merged with Horseshoe Bay ONE Real Estate, and we are now an established group of over 20 agents known as Horseshoe Bay One Realty.

A Texas native holding degrees in Finance, Accounting, and English, Leslea has called Austin and the Texas Hill Country home for over 30 years. Before beginning her career in real estate, Leslea was a top financial executive for various high-tech and financial firms who assisted with IPO's and Compliance. As a Realtor, Leslea serves both buyers and sellers, often helping the same clients sell their home and buy a new one.

She loves making her clients happy by guiding them through the real estate process. Her biggest reward is seeing smiles on their faces at the end of a successful transaction. Her clients appreciate her professionalism, in-depth knowledge, attention to detail, and wealth of contacts for any need, including lenders. Using her creative mind, Leslea can help her clients imagine how they can make a new home fit their lifestyle.

In her free time, Leslea is a dedicated single mom to her 15-year-old son, Kenny. You can find her watching him play football or run track at Lake Travis High School. She also enjoys playing golf at any of the beautiful golf courses around Horseshoe Bay.
