This is a wonderful complex, shared pool and washer and dryer room with Plaza 1 next door. Complex is gated and very welcoming. Plenty of counterspace in the kitchen ,beautiful hardwood floors. Condo has an extra room off living room This is a sun room but could be an office. Large living area with fireplace. Too many updates to mention and assigned parking spots 22,23.So close to everything and walking distance to parks, restaurants and clubs. Where are you going to find all this at this price. All information deemed correct. Buyer agent to verify all information including schools. HOA is called HOA assessment and full disclosure. I haven't been told of any assessments. Fireplace is decorative and capped off.
