About Harper's Preserve Master-Planned Community

Harper’s Preserve is a uniquely new, master-planned community located in The Woodlands area. Both private and convenient, this gated community surrounds a 160-acre forested preservation area. The preserve itself is on Harper’s Horsepen Branch, providing the inspiration for the community name. Montgomery County MUD No. 95 is the conservator of the forested preservation, which also carries the name of Harper’s Preserve.

The neighborhood plan includes entry gates and a gate house, private streets, a scenic lake, and a bountiful amenity package for families to enjoy. Amenities are developed as the community matures as part of a flexible master plan. At completion, the community will be home to 1,700 families.

Utilizing native plants to complement its natural setting, all this peace and beauty is just minutes from The Woodlands Mall, one mile east of Interstate 45 off Highway 242. Come discover Harper’s Preserve, where privacy, convenience and beauty define this very special place. Preservation is at the heart of Harper’s Preserve. The preserve itself is on Harper’s Horsepen Branch, providing the inspiration for the community name.

Children living in Harper’s Preserve attend Conroe ISD Schools. CISD consistently receives high ratings from the Texas Education Agency.

Amenities

The West Village Recreation Center is now open and includes a community pool and pool barn with outdoor kitchen, playground, walking trails, bowling and bocce ball greens and horseshoe pits. Lookout Hill, located in the central recreation area, features boulders for children to climb on and explore the environment.
