I became a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) in real estate to gain insightful knowledge and sharpen my skill set for negotiating the best possible outcome for you. This year, I will complete the Texas A&M AgriLife Master Gardeners program to gain invaluable knowledge about plants, gardening, and creating beautiful curb appeal. Again, my goal is to add significant value when selling your property. I am active in my community, having served as a Rotarian for ten-plus years. Volunteering with Galveston County Mainland Food Bank, Devereux of Texas, and writing a social column for the Galveston Daily News, Texas' oldest newspaper, allow me to shine a light on my community. I enjoy making connections and sharing time with family and friends on the beach or in the garden.

After an esteemed 15-year career in Treasury & Finance, Brandy stepped away from the corporate world to raise four children. As the youngest were getting ready to enter grade school, Brandy decided it was time to put her professional talents back to work. Brandy's treasury background brings years of experience in corporate negotiations, which has honed her attention to detail and problem-solving skills. I was born and raised on Galveston Island, so I know the Island well. Previously I worked in banking. I worked my way from teller to Southwest Regional Trainer. After getting married, I switched careers and went into the Insurance field. I worked here for over 25 years and still maintain this license. I am experienced in both residential and commercial insurance, which makes me an asset when shopping for a home. I'm married and have a daughter that recently graduated from Texas A&M University. Once my daughter began college, I decided to go back to school and get my Real Estate License. It has been a very rewarding decision. I continue to educate myself and recently received my Certified Negotiation Expert designation. I absolutely love helping dreams come true.I believe in giving back to the community, I do this by my volunteer activities with the Galveston Noon Optimist Club and the Galveston Elks Lodge.I have served on the board of my neighborhood HOA board and was instrumental in overseeing the remodeling of our neighborhood park.
