About Me:
Originally from Michigan, I lived in San Diego for ten years after graduating college until my wife and I moved to Texas to be closer to her family. Prior to real estate, I earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. As a real estate broker, my mission is to introduce buyers to a community where they feel a connection, and help sellers with the sale of their home so that they can experience a smooth transition into the home that best accommodates their current needs and situation.
Stemming from my desire to interact with people in a challenging career, business endeavors range from the telecommunications industry where I held positions in management, to working with my family's beach rental business.
After recognizing the potential in the vacation home business, I earned my real estate license in order to take a more active role in the family business, as well as expand my own business into residential sales.
Determined, hardworking, knowledgeable, and adaptable are a few of the characteristics that attribute to my success. However, my incomparable strength is attention to detail, which is an instrumental component in every phase of the real estate transaction. Furthermore, I emphasize the importance of communication, which is paramount to delivering exemplary customer service. More than twenty years of working in the Historical Homes market of Galveston gives me a great background to help you find the right house easily and with minimal effort. With an annual average of 25 transactions buying, selling, and leasing properties dating from the turn of the 20th century, I have the experience needed to evaluate the property involved and determine the right pricing. I have been active in the restoration of my own Victorian era houses, and was actively involved in laying the groundwork for the formation of the San Jacinto Historical Conservation District. Currently I serve as the Texas Realtor's Region 10 political involvement committee representative. I am a past Chair of the Galveston Association of Realtors, have been Chair of the GAR Multiple Listing Service, Chair of the City of Galveston Arts and Historic Advisory Committee. I am a two time past Chairman of the Galveston Historical Foundation Events Committee, a past Chairman of the ad hoc Galveston Affordable Housing Committee, and a former Board member of the San Jacinto Neighborhood Association.

Country girl at heart with a twist of beach vibes! I grew up riding horses in all events but my main love was barrel racing. I went from junior rodeos up to gaining my pro card in the WPRA. I grew up in central California with the beautiful Sierra mountains as a distant view! I moved to Oklahoma in 2008 and continued to barrel race from Kansas down to Texas. I opened a rehab/fitness center for horses in central Oklahoma. It contained an inground Aqua-tread for horses. I have a passion for taking care of animals in any way! I pour my heart into the care for them! I fell in love with the Galveston Bay on our yearly visits. My love grew into reality when we had the opportunity to move to Lake Jackson in 2021. I have a love for the beautiful ocean view! I do enjoy fishing off the surf or out on a boat! So many great opportunities in the area to catch beautiful fish! I really enjoy morning beach walks to see the sunrise. With the moves I have made in the past, I have had the opportunity to buy and sell my own homes. I have an understanding about being a buyer and a seller ! With that, I bring knowledge of how the process works. Clear Lake, Armand Bayou and Galveston Island are all great places to play and enjoy the outdoors. The excellent School Systems such as Clear Creek, Friendswood, Pasadena, Pearland and Deer Park all rate at the top of the state in excellence.
