Shani's early life took place in Elkhart, Kansas, and she was raised on her family's farm in Dalhart, Texas. Throughout high school and college, she was involved in rodeo, including being a Trick-rider for the 777 Rodeo Company. She pursued a nursing career during college, earning a license in Vocational Nursing from Navarro College. Shani worked as an administrative nurse in geriatric care before transitioning to real estate in the summer of 2022 when she obtained her real estate license.

Curtis has been a sales manager for the past 30 years throughout the home industry. His path has lead him to work with families along the years, including grandparents, parents, and the upcoming generations as well. He understands the next phase in life and will ask the many overlooked questions regarding the needs of your next home. Curtis is very service oriented and has managed many commercial and city municipality accounts.
