My career began in International Relocation and International Freight Forwarding in New York City , where customer satisfaction and attention to detail is crucial . Dealing with Worldwide Movers , International Relocation agents and Worldwide Freight Forwarding agencies has given me the tools and experience to negotiate and make decisions under pressure. I began my Real Estate Career in the Northeast USA in 1998. My experience in selling Shore properties is what has drawn me to the Gulf Area of Texas . Real Estate is not just my career , but my passion . I hold a Full Time Real Estate License in Texas and am an Active License Holder in Monmouth County NJ . I am fourth generation BOI (born on the Island) and am very proud of the Island and it's beauty! I had been in healthcare for over thirty years and decided one day that the Real Estate world was right for me! Make people as happy as I am to call Galveston home or home away from home in some cases. I started my career in real estate in February, 2013 in Dallas/Fort Worth as a part time agent representing buyers. Because of my passion for helping others buy and sell real estate I made the move from Fort Worth to Galveston to pursue a full time career in real estate. Finding the right Realtor to work for you is the most important step in buying or selling a home. I am a real estate professional with integrity, professionalism, effective communication/negotiation skills and one who will always put your interests and needs first.

I have spent my entire career in service related industries, including 20 years with Frito Lay Inc., who encouraged development of strengths. This helped me to hone strong negotiation skills, management of detailed processes, expertise in interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well with all types of people. My keen attention to detail has helped my clients avoid unnecessary headaches, delays and excess expenditures and I have a personal passion for helping others reach their desired goal or outcome.

On a personal note, I have been married to my amazing wife for over 34 years and have 3 daughters and 3 dogs. I enjoy all the benefits of island life including golf, fishing, kayaking and everything else the island has to offer.
