Moreover, she volunteers her time at The Grand 1894 Opera House, showcasing her commitment to giving back.

Shani has a strong connection to nature and water, which is what brought her family to Galveston Island. She is a wife and a mother of two, with her daughter attending Oppe Elementary and participating in the Galveston gymnastics team. Her husband and son share her love for the outdoors and water activities, particularly fishing in West Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Shani's early life took place in Elkhart, Kansas, and she was raised on her family's farm in Dalhart, Texas. Throughout high school and college, she was involved in rodeo, including being a Trick-rider for the 777 Rodeo Company. She pursued a nursing career during college, earning a license in Vocational Nursing from Navarro College. Shani worked as an administrative nurse in geriatric care before transitioning to real estate in the summer of 2022 when she obtained her real estate license.

As a 5th Generation Galvestonian - B.O.I. (Born on the Island) Stacey Weber-Rubio knows and loves her home! She has deep Island roots and most of her family and friends live on Galveston Island. Stacey has been around the Island housing market her whole life, growing up around the business since her parents managed several properties of their own. She has developed a reliable eye for what works in buying and selling through multiple personal transactions as well. Stacey is a professional, top-producing, sales agent with Sand 'N Sea and was awarded and recognized as 2022's Top Producing Sales Agent for the highest volume of real estate sales. In 2023 Stacey closed out the year counted among the top 10 Realtors in Galveston for the fourth year in a row. Stacey is very close to her large family, and they enjoy spending as much time together as possible. Stacey's husband of nearly 32 years, Jesse, recently retired from the City of Texas City as their Assistant Fire Chief. A licensed REALTOR® himself, Jesse can often be found around town assisting Stacey at open houses, showings, and transactions.

Stacey and her husband are members of the Galveston Historical Foundation, the Galveston Railroad Museum, and the Elks. Stacey enjoys volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, Elks community events, and philanthropy through Catholic Charities of Galveston-Houston. She and her husband Jesse love to cook, travel, spend time with family and friends, and play with their miniature schnauzer. April Didrikson, Broker Associate, was born in Houston, TX, and grew up in East Texas. Her family has enjoyed Galveston Island for generations as their home away from home. April's great grandparents, Norwegian immigrants, first stepped on American soil on the Texas Gulf Coast in the early 1900s.

April lives in Galveston with her beloved 21 year old poodle, Biscotti. Biscotti is CCO, Chief Canine Officer of Galveston Vacation Rentals and often times is the first to meet a client at the door of April's real estate office. Biscotti is also known to chase brown pelicans and seagulls on the sandy beaches of our beautiful Galveston Island.
