Kitten has received numerous sales awards including Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Top Listing Agent and Top Producer for over 15 years in a row. Kitten is the 3rd generation in a Property Management Family with over 30 years experience in property management starting at the bottom at 19 years old as a leasing agent. Now Kitten oversees a staff of 12 property management professionals that currently manage over 1200 units spanning over 5 counties. Kitten Leopold was a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent in Galveston County for 11 years giving her invaluable knowledge of the windstorm & flood insurance policies in Galveston County & all Texas Gulf Coast Tier 1 Coastal Communities. Her drive, determination and her willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done has given her the nickname of Kitten "CAN"!

After 20 years in the financial industry my husband and I had the opportunity, after sending our youngest to college, to become "full timers", traveling the U.S. in our motor home. We have recently returned and I wanted to become a REALTOR to help folks with one of the most important decisions of our lives. Reid Nelson is a native Galvestonian who earned his undergraduate degree from Austin College in Sherman, TX and his law degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, TX. After successful careers in law and insurance, Reid returned to Galveston in 2017 to get back to his roots. Reid knows the island and its people inside and out. His clients will benefit not only from his legal and insurance expertise, but also from his true love of this town. Outside of the office, Reid loves to drive down the Seawall to check on the water, coach his kids' sports teams, and catch a few Ball High football games.

Michael Gaido is a native Galvestonian but is no stranger to the Clear Lake, Friendswood, and League City market. He attended the University of Texas Austin, has over Twenty years experience in the customer service industry, and is skilled in remodeling homes. His extensive customer service experience and craftsmanship make it easy for him to relate to any customer and better understand their home buying needs.
