A Little About Me-

My interest and passion for Real Estate began in the early 1990's, when my husband and I were beginning the search for our first home. Since then, we have moved 6 times and lived in 4 cities in Texas. Four of these moves included building our new home. I just love the process and, yes, we are still happily married!



In the early 2000's, we continued our Real Estate adventure and purchased, remodeled and flipped 2 properties in the North Houston area. I would have to say that our very latest endeavors have been my favorite, so far. In 2019, we purchased a 1913 historic cottage, in Galveston, and completely remodeled it. We maintained the historic features and charm of the home, while bringing it up to date with all the modern conveniences. The home was featured on the GHF Historic Home Tour in 2021. We are now working on a 1900 Storm Survivor, that will hit the market soon! Having lived on the island in my youth, I grew to love everything about Galveston. I want to share that love and experience with others and can't wait to help you find your perfect Island home.

My name is Suzanne Estrada and I grew up in Galveston, Texas. I've been working in real estate for 25+ years and enjoy every aspect of the business. While I am open to all areas of Galveston County, I am most familiar with the island. In fact, my favorite part of the city is midtown because of the history and architectural style.

I believe it is truly important to listen to your client's wants and needs. Working together we can locate the perfect home.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling to the east coast, spending time with family and friends - including Jazmine my 4 year old pug.

In 2004, Jana Turner, a native Houstonian, decided to permanently trade in her city life for the laid-back lifestyle of Galveston Island. Her passion for coastal living has been passed down to her three daughters, each of whom lives on a different coast: East, West and Gulf. Having a love of Galveston Island all her life, she has owned beachside, bayside and historical properties and has an affinity for each type of retreat. Jana prides herself on helping buyers find the perfect home according to their lifestyle.

Committed to stellar customer service, Jana has earned her designations as CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designations and RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist). She is a member of the Galveston and Houston, Texas and National Associations of Realtors®. Her involvement in the Galveston real estate market is extensive and diverse.

Jana has been heavily involved in many philanthropic endeavors and especially enjoyed her work as a child advocate for Fort Bend CASA. She is a member of the Galveston Historical Foundation and sits on the advisory board of The 1894 Grand Opera House. Hobbies include tennis, reading, mahjongg, traveling, walking on the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Incorporating enthusiasm, integrity and dedication to her clients, she uses her strong people and problem solving skills to succeed as a buyer's or seller's advocate. Jana brings a strong background in marketing, business, technology and investment to the table, including first-hand experience in 1031 exchanges and vacation rental properties. Sue Johnson has been in the Real Estate business for over 50 years. Since 1998 she has been serving her clients needs on Galveston and Tiki Island specializing in coastal beach resort sales including beach front, beachside, dry land, canal and bay front homes, vacant lots and vacation investment properties.



Sue's extensive knowledge derives from her successful broker ownership of her own Real Estate business in the Dallas Metroplex area for 6 years. Sue's husband, Gary was relocated to the eastern suburb of Dallas: Rockwall, Texas. After relocating, Sue spearheaded a Relocation department at the largest firm in Rockwall, Barbara Hensley Realtors, where she perfected her practice for 16 years. When Gary decided to take early retirement from TU Electric, they decided to move to where their second home and favorite escape was located: Galveston Island. Sue's passion for Real Estate led her to Pirates Beach and Cove Realty on the west end of the island which later became Sand 'N Sea Properties. Sue's love for the island blossomed and her focus quickly became her beach home passion. She grew her business at Sand 'N Sea for 15 years and after a great deal of soul-searching, she went to Heritage Texas Properties in 2013, where she inevitability became one of the Top 2 Agents on Galveston Island. In 2019, Heritage Texas Properties merged with Better Homes and Gardens, Gary Greene. The brokerage remained the same top notch company they have always been and by joining forces, they are now the largest real estate company in the Greater Houston/Galveston Metroplex.

Sue prides herself on providing all of her clients her upmost respect and full attention throughout the search, negotiation and closing process. Her true core beliefs are helping everyone with their real estate needs, no matter the price of a property. Each client is treated like a multimillion-dollar client! By using trend-setting and innovative marketing plan, Sue uses both digital and traditional marketing styles to reach the masses.

Sue is on the cutting edge by employing two full time licensed assistants: Karen Gandy, her working partner and Elizabeth Lane, her administrative assistant. Sue's commitment to excellence shows in her honesty, professionalism, her knowledge of the market area and devotion to her clients.



Sue and Gary have four children, eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Her hobbies include interior decorating, gardening and traveling.
