I was raised in the South Texas town of Kingsville, home of the King Ranch (one of the worlds largest), about 50 miles Southwest of Corpus Christi. My father was a home remodeling contractor and also owned a small paint and hardware store. After graduating high school, I worked with him in both the store and in the remodeling business, learning about home renovation. While working with him, I also attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville, majoring in Finance and minoring in General Business. In May of 1983, I began my real estate career with a Texas Real Estate Sales license, and I attained my Texas Brokers License in February of 1986. Natasha began her real estate journey in 2014 when she first heard about vacation rentals. This was a fairly new concept on the island, as Galveston was rebuilding after Hurricane Ike. This propelled her into moving out of her home near the beach and rent it as a vacation rental. Natasha quickly learned she was on to something and soon after, so did her neighbors. She started managing her own vacation rentals as well as the neighbor's vacation rentals. With her growing love of real estate, Natasha decided to become a real estate agent.
