Luis Santiago is a full-service licensed real estate agent offering his customers a truly bespoke service, tailored to meet and exceed their needs, along with being a real estate specialist, Luis also has extensive knowledge of what Buyer's are looking for as he's owned and managed Galveston County's Premier Home Staging company for the last four years and helped prepare and market countless homes for sale. With over 15 years of experience working in the Oil & Gas sector, close to 10 of those in a Sales Manager role, he brings his research methods and negotiation techniques to the table to maximize sales and bring in the best deal for his clients. I specialize in the sale of homes in Galveston's unique neighborhoods, resort, beach and bay properties on Galveston Island, West End and East End. After a successful sales career in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, I relocated to Jamaica Beach in 2012 and made the professional change to real estate sales. My sales success is grounded in the ability to carefully listen to and meet my clients' needs. My ultimate goal is to make sure that all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally so that clients can quickly move on to enjoying home ownership on the island.
