Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Alyson worked as a Historic Preservation Planning Specialist in San Antonio, Texas and in Savannah, Georgia. Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, I received my Bachelors degree there, and received my MBA in Toronto, Canada. I left the corporate world after 20 years in a high-tech industry, looking for a new and different challenge. Residential and commercial real estate is the next logical step on the professional ladder for me, since I have always wanted to help people make investment or change-choices of their own.

My promise is to share ideas, educate, and use my aptitude for numbers and technology to make a difference when you sell or buy.  With the increasing number of new homes being built, the average person making a home change every 5 to 8 years, and businesses making changes to adapt to these new developments, there are a lot of opportunities to buy, sell and invest in real estate.

Matthew currently resides at the tip of Bolivar Peninsula with his husband, Diego, on their ranch overlooking Galveston Bay and the infamous Bolivar Pointe Lighthouse. When he is not in the office, Matthew enjoys caring for his farm animals, walking along the coast, and having bbq's on the beach.

Kimberly Saward holds the distinction of being a top producer and a year to date leader as a Realtor. No doubt both goals were achieved because of her simple but powerful work philosophy and action step – she's happy to help and appreciates each client.

Kimberly attributes her success to her ability to anticipate the needs of her clients and her propensity to be kind and thoughtful. Kimberly brings personal life skills to the business of home buying and selling as she has moved, purchased and sold homes state to state and within Texas. Additionally, her prior role as a stay-at-home mom has made her a "great project manager."

Kimberly is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) and a supporter of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. In addition to homes, architecture and interior design, her other loves include decorating, exercising, gardening and good eating. She is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma and proudly claims Galveston as her home. She and her husband have two children.
