Alison Christensen grew up in Houston and earned her B.A. degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University. A family vacation home in Galveston in the 90's turned into a permanent residence in 2003. "It wasn't a difficult choice: we loved the pace of 'island time' and found ourselves spending more and more time down here." Alison has an extensive knowledge of Galveston's coastal market: the West End, from beach to bay; the myriad neighborhoods - new and old - tucked throughout the island; and the windstorm and flood insurance requirements important to all property owners. "I was raised in Houston, and now Galveston is my home. I've had the best of both worlds. This combination helps me better understand and assist buyers and sellers in our market." Active in the community, she attends St. Mary's Catholic Church; volunteers with the Bryan Museum; serves as a docent with the Galveston Historic Homes Tour each May; serves on the Board of the Friends of Rosenberg Library. In 2018, Alison was elected to the Board of the Galveston Association of Realtors, and was also the featured realtor in an episode of "Beach Front Bargain Hunt" on HGTV. When she is not working with clients, Alison enjoys estate sales and vintage shops, trips to New Orleans, and entertaining her friends and family at her father's farm near Brenham. Following in their mother's footsteps, her daughter, Ali, is a recent graduate of Texas A&M, and her son, Jack, is a current student at Texas A&M in College Station.

Jason Keeling is proud to be the Broker. Jason has a wealth of knowledge about Galveston Real Estate and loves to share the information he has learned with everyone. Mr. Keeling graduated from Texas A&M Galveston in 2004 with a degree in Maritime Administration. The degree prepared him to grow into becoming a Real Estate Broker and owner. While at A&M Jason worked as a personal trainer, vacation rental agent, appraiser's apprentice, and received his Real Estate license. His real estate recognitions began soon after earning his license where he became a top producer almost immediately. After two years as a REALTOR he sat for his Brokers license. Jason enjoys many hobbies including fishing, working out, swimming, and just relaxing on the beach. He lives for Galveston Real Estate

I am a full time licensed realtor with Bates Brinkley Realty. Living along the Texas Gulf Coast my entire life has provided me with a wealth of knowledge concerning the real estate market in our area, and I am eager to share my experience with you. As a 5th Generation Galvestonian - B.O.I. (Born on the Island) Stacey Weber-Rubio knows and loves her home! She has deep Island roots and most of her family and friends live on Galveston Island. Stacey has been around the Island housing market her whole life, growing up around the business since her parents managed several properties of their own. She has developed a reliable eye for what works in buying and selling through multiple personal transactions as well. Stacey is a professional, top-producing, sales agent with Sand 'N Sea and was awarded and recognized as 2022's Top Producing Sales Agent for the highest volume of real estate sales. In 2023 Stacey closed out the year counted among the top 10 Realtors in Galveston for the fourth year in a row. Stacey's clients often express appreciation for her knowledge, service, and attention to detail. Whether marketing properties for sale or finding her clients the perfect home, Stacey focuses on service. Some of Stacey's specialty training includes resort and second home, luxury home marketing and sales, and 1031 tax exchanges.

After obtaining her real estate license, Stacey added a degree in Business Management with a Marketing Focus to her education to better serve her clients. In addition to the several certifications and designations Stacey has earned, Stacey has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the Residential Real Estate Council. Held by only 2% of Realtors®, this designation speaks to experience, amassed sales volume, education, training, and excellence in real estate. Stacey is very close to her large family, and they enjoy spending as much time together as possible. Stacey's husband of nearly 32 years, Jesse, recently retired from the City of Texas City as their Assistant Fire Chief. A licensed REALTOR® himself, Jesse can often be found around town assisting Stacey at open houses, showings, and transactions.

Stacey and her husband are members of the Galveston Historical Foundation, the Galveston Railroad Museum, and the Elks. Stacey enjoys volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, Elks community events, and philanthropy through Catholic Charities of Galveston-Houston. She and her husband Jesse love to cook, travel, spend time with family and friends, and play with their miniature schnauzer. Stacey's professional associations include the Houston Association of REALTORS®, Galveston Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS® and Stacey is a member of the Institute for Certified Luxury Home Marketing and of The Guild of Certified Luxury Home Marketers. Katie became a resident of Galveston as soon as she could, in 2019. Katie entered the real estate industry after a long career in dentistry, serving as a dental hygienist in the Houston, Austin, and Galveston areas for over 20 years. Her love of helping others carries through into helping folks find a place to call home or to sell their home. Having grown up next door, in Louisiana, Katie attended LSU for a degree in Allied Health, then on to Georgia State University for a degree in Dental Hygiene. She does consider herself to be a true Cajun, but made her way to Texas in 2002. Since moving to Galveston, Katie has become immersed in the community in many ways. Serving her church parish and her daughters school, Holy Family Catholic School, in numerous planning committees and boards. Katie has also volunteered with the Galveston Historical Foundation and is a supporter of small business owners in Galveston. Katie has also become involved with Galveston's City Council members, aiding them in their campaigns etc, to continually better our community for our residents. Katie has a love of sharing Galveston's history and it's uniqueness and this really shows when she interacts with anyone here! She is working on becoming a Certified Tourism Ambassador for the island. Katie knows that every clients' needs are unique and is dedicated to providing specialized attention to each individual. She does continuously attend continuing education seminars as well as various meetings around town to always stay informed on what is going on concerning our island. Katie has 2 grown sons and a daughter. One son is an Electrician in Galveston, the other is an aspiring college baseball player, and her daughter is just beginning elementary school! Being an active participant in our community is very important to Katie and her family, to continue to make this an even more amazing place to live!
