I am highly motivated in the Real Estate market in Galveston County. I have bought and sold several homes, as well as managed my own vacation rental in Galveston since 2009. I moved to Houston in 1991, from Ohio, and spent 25 years in the Oil and Gas Industry working in Project Management and Finance. I retired and moved to Galveston in 2016. Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner and as a team player working with Fortune 500 companies, I am known for outstanding client service with 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, and a skilled negotiator with my client's best interest at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them through every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight so my clients can make the best decisions possible. I am a firm believer in giving back and am passionate about several things, including animal rescue. I am a volunteer at the Galveston Humane Society and foster kittens and puppies for adoption, as well as being actively involved in the TNR program. I, also donate to Wounded Warriors and Shriner's Children's Hospital in Galveston. In my free time, I enjoy running, kayaking, walking the beach and social events, as a member of several committees on the Island.

Originating from Ukraine, I'm a true representation of the American Dream. After moving to the United States, I started working with little ability to speak English. Perseverance and staying focused on my goal have allowed me to build on this foundation. I'm fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

After 20 years in the financial industry my husband and I had the opportunity, after sending our youngest to college, to become "full timers", traveling the U.S. in our motor home. Kelly's passion is her clients. She was born and raised in Galveston, Texas and currently lives in League City and Tiki Island, Texas. After attending Texas A&M and graduating from University of Houston with a Marketing degree, Kelly worked in the Banking industry for many years. She then went on to attain her Mortgage Loan Originator License and her Real Estate License. She loves the relationship aspect of real estate and getting to know her clients. No two transactions are alike and that challenge is intriguing to her. She will be along side of her client every step of the way to make the buying or selling process enjoyable.

When Kelly is not working with her clients, she is enjoying her children and grandchildren. Kelly also enjoys working out, eating out and boating with her husband, John.
