She has specialized in the second home and vacation rental sectors, which has given her a unique understanding of this niche market. In 2017, Lyndsey founded Galveston Vacation Real Estate, after successfully owning and operating Pointe West Properties, a vacation rental management company and brokerage. This venture helped Lyndsey to fine-tune her abilities in the second home real estate market and also gave her a deep understanding of the vacation rental industry during its formative years.

Her success was evident when her company, Pointe West Properties, was acquired by Vacasa in 2015. This was a significant achievement as it marked Vacasa's first acquisition in Texas, demonstrating their trust and confidence in Lyndsey's capabilities and business acumen.

In 2017, she continued to build on her success in the real estate industry with the establishment of her second independent real estate brokerage, Galveston Vacation Real Estate. Kelly's passion is her clients. She was born and raised in Galveston, Texas and currently lives in League City and Tiki Island, Texas. After attending Texas A&M and graduating from University of Houston with a Marketing degree, Kelly worked in the Banking industry for many years. She then went on to attain her Mortgage Loan Originator License and her Real Estate License. She loves the relationship aspect of real estate and getting to know her clients. No two transactions are alike and that challenge is intriguing to her. She will be along side of her client every step of the way to make the buying or selling process enjoyable.

When Kelly is not working with her clients, she is enjoying her children and grandchildren. Kelly also enjoys working out, eating out and boating with her husband, John.

While at A&M Jason worked as a personal trainer, vacation rental agent, appraiser's apprentice, and received his Real Estate license. His real estate recognitions began soon after earning his license where he became a top producer almost immediately. After two years as a REALTOR he sat for his Brokers license.
