Kyle Carranza was born in Kansas but raised in Texas City, TX. He grew up playing baseball and loves to be surrounded by family and friends. After high school he lived in San Antonio, TX for 4 years to pursue a career in the medical field. In 2019, he decided to switch careers and got his Texas Real Estate license, closing over $700k in total sales volume his first year. In 2020, he has closed over 1.4 million in total sales volume and is not done yet. I am highly motivated in the Real Estate market in Galveston County. I have bought and sold several homes, as well as managed my own vacation rental in Galveston since 2009. I moved to Houston in 1991, from Ohio, and spent 25 years in the Oil and Gas Industry working in Project Management and Finance. I retired and moved to Galveston in 2016. Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner and as a team player working with Fortune 500 companies, I am known for outstanding client service with 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, and a skilled negotiator with my client's best interest at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them through every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight so my clients can make the best decisions possible. I am a firm believer in giving back and am passionate about several things, including animal rescue. I am a volunteer at the Galveston Humane Society and foster kittens and puppies for adoption, as well as being actively involved in the TNR program. I, also donate to Wounded Warriors and Shriner's Children's Hospital in Galveston. In my free time, I enjoy running, kayaking, walking the beach and social events, as a member of several committees on the Island.

Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, I received my Bachelors degree there, and received my MBA in Toronto, Canada. I left the corporate world after 20 years in a high-tech industry, looking for a new and different challenge. Residential and commercial real estate is the next logical step on the professional ladder for me, since I have always wanted to help people make investment or change-choices of their own.

Natasha Pierce has 5 years of experience as a REALTOR® and has been in the real estate world for 10 years! She is based out of Galveston, TX and serves the Galveston/Houston area. Natasha began her real estate journey in 2014 when she first heard about vacation rentals. This was a fairly new concept on the island, as Galveston was rebuilding after Hurricane Ike. This propelled her into moving out of her home near the beach and rent it as a vacation rental. Natasha quickly learned she was on to something and soon after, so did her neighbors. She started managing her own vacation rentals as well as the neighbor's vacation rentals. With her growing love of real estate, Natasha decided to become a real estate agent. Country girl at heart with a twist of beach vibes! I grew up riding horses in all events but my main love was barrel racing. I went from junior rodeos up to gaining my pro card in the WPRA. I grew up in central California with the beautiful Sierra mountains as a distant view! I moved to Oklahoma in 2008 and continued to barrel race from Kansas down to Texas. I opened a rehab/fitness center for horses in central Oklahoma. It contained an inground Aqua-tread for horses. I have a passion for taking care of animals in any way! I pour my heart into the care for them! I fell in love with the Galveston Bay on our yearly visits. My love grew into reality when we had the opportunity to move to Lake Jackson in 2021. I have a love for the beautiful ocean view! I do enjoy fishing off the surf or out on a boat! So many great opportunities in the area to catch beautiful fish! I really enjoy morning beach walks to see the sunrise. With the moves I have made in the past, I have had the opportunity to buy and sell my own homes. I have an understanding about being a buyer and a seller ! With that, I bring knowledge of how the process works.
