My name is Amy Larner, and I grew up in League City, Texas. I made the move to Galveston as a full time resident in 2016. I have worked in the Insurance industry for over 25 years prior to pursuing my passion of Real Estate. While I am open to all areas of Galveston, Brazoria, and Harris counties, I am most familiar with Galveston Island. In fact, my favorite part of the city is our relaxed life style. The moment you pass over the causeway, or drive down beautiful Blue Water Highway your stress just disappears. From the beaches to the bay, the amazing Historic Strand, and fabulous dining you will quickly want to be an Islander as well.

To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I live where I work. I stay up stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers.

I believe it is important to listen to my clients, and understand their goals. Whether it is buying or selling, my goal is to help each one of my clients accomplish their goal. I am your strongest advocate, and here to work for you.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, and our sweet dogs. I enjoy being on the water, or taking a golf cart ride to the beach. I love to be outdoors, and take pride in my gardens. I am a weather junkie, and love to watch as a thunderstorm crosses the bay. I am fortunate to be living my best life, and I look forward to assisting others in achieving their dreams of homeownership.

Dakota Garcia has real estate in her blood! She's a second-generation Realtor® who combines her love for the real estate industry with her passion for marketing. Before real estate, Dakota was in the Marketing Department for Yaga's Entertainment, Inc. The advertising skills that she learned in that position have crossed over into her real estate business – both traditional and digital skills. Dakota earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Stephen F. Austin State University, and with this foundation, she places an emphasis on stellar customer service and thorough communication. Whether you are buying or selling property, Dakota works to provide a smooth transaction process and the necessary guidance to ensure advantageous outcomes. As a member of Chi Omega Fraternity, Dakota deeply enjoys her time volunteering and fundraising for the Make-A-Wish foundation, an organization very dear to her heart. Dakota was recently engaged to longtime beau, Michael, and she lives in Pirates Beach on the West End. Two dogs, a Dachshund named Gracie and a Border Collie Mix named Penny, round out her family. Her hobbies include traveling, kayaking, exploring the West End neighborhoods on her golf cart, playing bingo and spending time at her family's' ranch in the Hill Country.

Tee Jay Hadley, a Texas native, is a licensed Real Estate Professional. Tee Jay comes to this side of real estate with extensive experience in property management, which has allowed him to drive results for investors while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Tee Jay's experience was in multi-family property management. He started his career as a property manager for an apartment community, and quickly climbed the ranks to a corporate Regional Director position. While in the Regional Director position, Tee Jay was responsible for a portfolio totaling over $48,000,000 in assets and directed numerous on-site team members. Tee Jay won several awards during his property management career and was able to increase NOI (net operating income) for the investors year over year.
