Kyle Carranza was born in Kansas but raised in Texas City, TX. He grew up playing baseball and loves to be surrounded by family and friends. After high school he lived in San Antonio, TX for 4 years to pursue a career in the medical field. In 2019, he decided to switch careers and got his Texas Real Estate license, closing over $700k in total sales volume his first year. In 2020, he has closed over 1.4 million in total sales volume and is not done yet. Tanya became a Texas Realtor® in 2003. She began her career with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She joined The House Company, a well known successful Galveston boutique brokerage, in 2005. In May 2021 The House Company became a Better Homes & Gardens Gary Greene office. Tanya is a member of the Galveston Association of Realtors as well as the Houston Association (HAR), the National Association, and the Texas Realtors. Tanya has served on the Galveston Association's Board of Directors and as the 2012 Chairman of the Galveston MLS committee. She was elected as the 2018 President of the Galveston Association of Realtors. Tanya currently serves as the local representative on the Texas Realtors State Board of Directors. Tanya was honored as the 2012 Realtor of the Year for the Galveston Association of Realtors. She has been awarded the Five Star Realtor Award by Texas Monthly magazine for several years. Tanya has earned the special designation of Certified Residential Specialist, the highest designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. She has also earned the e-Pro certification and the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. In 2014 she earned the Galveston Island Certified Tourism Ambassador designation. Country girl at heart with a twist of beach vibes! I grew up riding horses in all events but my main love was barrel racing. I went from junior rodeos up to gaining my pro card in the WPRA. I grew up in central California with the beautiful Sierra mountains as a distant view! I moved to Oklahoma in 2008 and continued to barrel race from Kansas down to Texas. I opened a rehab/fitness center for horses in central Oklahoma. It contained an inground Aqua-tread for horses. I have a passion for taking care of animals in any way! I pour my heart into the care for them! I fell in love with the Galveston Bay on our yearly visits. My love grew into reality when we had the opportunity to move to Lake Jackson in 2021. I have a love for the beautiful ocean view! I do enjoy fishing off the surf or out on a boat! So many great opportunities in the area to catch beautiful fish! I really enjoy morning beach walks to see the sunrise. With the moves I have made in the past, I have had the opportunity to buy and sell my own homes. I have an understanding about being a buyer and a seller ! With that, I bring knowledge of how the process works.
