Growing up in Houston, and living full in Galveston, I have vast knowledge of the Houston Metro and surrounding areas. I first moved to the Heights in 1988 and have lived in the area ever since.

I accomplished my lifelong dream of living on the beach back in 2003 when I moved to Galveston. I graduated from Texas A&M University at Galveston and began working in my community as a historic restoration contractor. I have invested in the community by buying and restoring homes in Galveston. I have personal experience with short term vacation rentals, long term rentals, flipping homes, and finding forever homes. I will be in Galveston until my children (3 & 6 yo) have a family of their own, unless I can convince them to stay!



I hope to see you out in the surf, or cruising my bike on the seawall and through historic neighborhoods with my family. When I am not on the beach, or working on restoring my own historic Galveston home, I enjoy road trips with my friends and family, and trail riding in Houston's own national forest.

Wendell specializes in the sale of resort beach and bay properties on Galveston Island's West End. Wendell also has extensive knowledge in the beachfront condominium market. After a successful sales career in the technology industry, he relocated to Galveston in 2004 and made the professional change to real estate sales.
