Kyle Watts is a Galveston local whose passion for the Island and all it has to offer is self-evident. Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Houston Clear Lake. After college he worked on large Subsea Oil & Gas operations as an Engineering Planner, organizing and executing multi-million-dollar projects with tight timelines. As a Realtor he is calm, cool, collected, patient, and persistent, going above and beyond to service his clients. He is a multimillion-dollar producer that truly values building deep and meaningful connections with all of his clients.

Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, I received my Bachelors degree there, and received my MBA in Toronto, Canada. I left the corporate world after 20 years in a high-tech industry, looking for a new and different challenge. Residential and commercial real estate is the next logical step on the professional ladder for me, since I have always wanted to help people make investment or change-choices of their own.

My promise is to share ideas, educate, and use my aptitude for numbers and technology to make a difference when you sell or buy.  With the increasing number of new homes being built, the average person making a home change every 5 to 8 years, and businesses making changes to adapt to these new developments, there are a lot of opportunities to buy, sell and invest in real estate.
