Kyle Carranza was born in Kansas but raised in Texas City, TX. He grew up playing baseball and loves to be surrounded by family and friends. After high school he lived in San Antonio, TX for 4 years to pursue a career in the medical field. In 2019, he decided to switch careers and got his Texas Real Estate license, closing over $700k in total sales volume his first year. In 2020, he has closed over 1.4 million in total sales volume and is not done yet. I have always had a passion for helping people, I was a registered nurse for many years as well as a personal trainer. After relocating to Jamaica beach in 2014, I made the professional change to real estate. I make customer service my number one priority when finding my client's their dream home. I am hard-working, devoted and don't stop until the job is done right! I currently live on Dickinson Bay with my husband where we enjoy hosting guest, playing with our dogs, and evening golf cart rides. I also have a big adventure side, I love paddle boarding, cycling and crossfit. One of my biggest joys is spending time with our two children.

I have lived all of my life in Galveston County, and on Galveston Island for over 25 years, and love the unique lifestyle that Galveston has to offer from breathtaking sunsets on Galveston's West End to stunning architecture, theater, and shopping in Galveston's Downtown Strand and historic districts. I have 3 children who have all attended Galveston public schools, two who are recent Texas A&M graduates, and one who attends Texas A & M Corpus Christi. My family and I enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, biking and all of the many outdoor activities available on the Island. I often have to ask myself while showing or selling gorgeous waterfront properties, "Am I working or am I on vacation?" What a wonderful place to live and work. I was born and raised on Galveston Island, so I know the Island well. Previously I worked in banking. I worked my way from teller to Southwest Regional Trainer. After getting married, I switched careers and went into the Insurance field. I worked here for over 25 years and still maintain this license. I am experienced in both residential and commercial insurance, which makes me an asset when shopping for a home. I'm married and have a daughter that recently graduated from Texas A&M University. Once my daughter began college, I decided to go back to school and get my Real Estate License. It has been a very rewarding decision. I continue to educate myself and recently received my Certified Negotiation Expert designation. I absolutely love helping dreams come true.I believe in giving back to the community, I do this by my volunteer activities with the Galveston Noon Optimist Club and the Galveston Elks Lodge.I have served on the board of my neighborhood HOA board and was instrumental in overseeing the remodeling of our neighborhood park.
