I am highly motivated in the Real Estate market in Galveston County. I have bought and sold several homes, as well as managed my own vacation rental in Galveston since 2009. I moved to Houston in 1991, from Ohio, and spent 25 years in the Oil and Gas Industry working in Project Management and Finance. I retired and moved to Galveston in 2016. Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner and as a team player working with Fortune 500 companies, I am known for outstanding client service with 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, and a skilled negotiator with my client's best interest at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them through every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight so my clients can make the best decisions possible. I am a firm believer in giving back and am passionate about several things, including animal rescue. I am a volunteer at the Galveston Humane Society and foster kittens and puppies for adoption, as well as being actively involved in the TNR program. I, also donate to Wounded Warriors and Shriner's Children's Hospital in Galveston. In my free time, I enjoy running, kayaking, walking the beach and social events, as a member of several committees on the Island.

A graduate of the University of Arizona at Tucson, Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. When not selling real estate, Karen enjoys mentoring other REALTOR's to help them grow their business. Karen has served as a volunteer for the HAR Professional Development committee. She is a former board member of the Bay Area Builders Association. She served on the Texas Association of REALTORS Member Benefits committee and was a member of the Land Development Task Force. Karen lives in Webster, Texas. Valerie's goal is to always place clients first and to make the transaction smooth for both buyer's and seller's. Alison Christensen grew up in Houston and earned her B.A. degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University. A family vacation home in Galveston in the 90's turned into a permanent residence in 2003. "It wasn't a difficult choice: we loved the pace of 'island time' and found ourselves spending more and more time down here." Alison has an extensive knowledge of Galveston's coastal market: the West End, from beach to bay; the myriad neighborhoods - new and old - tucked throughout the island; and the windstorm and flood insurance requirements important to all property owners. "I was raised in Houston, and now Galveston is my home. I've had the best of both worlds. This combination helps me better understand and assist buyers and sellers in our market." Active in the community, she attends St. Mary's Catholic Church; volunteers with the Bryan Museum; serves as a docent with the Galveston Historic Homes Tour each May; serves on the Board of the Friends of Rosenberg Library. My name is Amy Larner, and I grew up in League City, Texas. I made the move to Galveston as a full time resident in 2016. I have worked in the Insurance industry for over 25 years prior to pursuing my passion of Real Estate. While I am open to all areas of Galveston, Brazoria, and Harris counties, I am most familiar with Galveston Island. In fact, my favorite part of the city is our relaxed life style. The moment you pass over the causeway, or drive down beautiful Blue Water Highway your stress just disappears. From the beaches to the bay, the amazing Historic Strand, and fabulous dining you will quickly want to be an Islander as well.
