She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where she held membership as a Pi Beta Phi and a scholarship to the tennis team for 4 years. She also obtained a culinary arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America in New York where she learned how to entertain friends and family with culinary delights. Her children are her six English pointers and Labradors that keep her company in the duck blind and roaming the south Texas senderos. In the summer, if not in the office, you will find her playing golf at the Galveston Country Club or fishing the Galveston Bays.

Our team has an appreciation of all that makes the Bayou City a unique place to call home. From inner-loop areas where we've lived, worked and played like the Museum District, Montrose, and EaDo areas, to the quickly growing Garden Oaks/Oak Forest, Greater Inwood, Spring Branch and Heights communities, we provide our clients a unique perspective on the history, current and planned development of Houston's most popular neighborhoods. In addition to earning the business of clients spanning The Woodlands, Cypress, and Memorial, we assist clients with investment properties and second homes in Galveston's Historic East End, beach and bay properties on the West End, Jamaica Beach and throughout the Kemah area.

I was raised in the South Texas town of Kingsville, home of the King Ranch (one of the worlds largest), about 50 miles Southwest of Corpus Christi. My father was a home remodeling contractor and also owned a small paint and hardware store. After graduating high school, I worked with him in both the store and in the remodeling business, learning about home renovation. While working with him, I also attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville, majoring in Finance and minoring in General Business. In May of 1983, I began my real estate career with a Texas Real Estate Sales license, and I attained my Texas Brokers License in February of 1986. I owned and managed my own real estate company in Kingsville. I was a Director on the local board of Realtors and served on several board-relat
Upon arriving in Houston in the late 1990's, I decided to settle in the Heights area. I enjoy Inner Loop living because it is close to everything I want and it offers a mix of older and newer home styles. I love to help people relocate!! I always look out for the best interests of my clients and I provide them with accurate information and honest opinions, even if they do not always like the answers. I listen to my clients wants and needs and utilize that information to help match them with the home that best fits. I stay informed and educated, and keep abreast of ever-changing real estate issues. I strive to provide good service and knowledgeable advice, which helps give my clients the tools they need to make their decisions. I take a personal interest in my clients and treat
My 33 years of experience has taught me greatly about home buying and selling, and has helped me to develop strong negotiating skills. My goal is to make the home buying/selling process easier and smoother for all parties involved. I want their experiences to be better than what my clients expected it would be.

I accomplished my lifelong dream of living on the beach back in 2003 when I moved to Galveston. I graduated from Texas A&M University at Galveston and began working in my community as a historic restoration contractor. I have invested in the community by buying and restoring homes in Galveston. I have personal experience with short term vacation rentals, long term rentals, flipping homes, and finding forever homes. I will be in Galveston until my children (3 & 6 yo) have a family of their own, unless I can convince them to stay!
I hope to see you out in the surf, or cruising my bike on the seawall and through historic neighborhoods with my family. When I am not on the beach, or working on restoring my own historic Galveston home, I enjoy road trips with my friends and family, and trail riding in Houston's own national forest.

Personal Background - I am Texas born and raised. Coming from a small town I developed a high value and respect for local businesses. My first job was in retail giving me a strong sense of customer service. My husband and I decided to move to Galveston in 2008, but had to move back to the small town of Cleveland in 2012 to help care for family. When circumstances changed we were able to move back to Galveston in 2015. In 2022 we decided to move to the country in Anderson Texas. I enjoy creating artwork, paintings and jewelry in my free time. We are happy to be in Anderson and enjoying country life. I want to help others find a home or rental to be able to enjoy country living.
