His awards include the Bronze Star Medal, Sergeant Audie Murphy Inductee, and Noble Patron of Armor. During his tenure with the Army, Howard honed his hard work ethic, attention to detail, communication skills and negotiation abilities, valuable assets which he still utilizes presently as a Realtor.
