As a native Houstonian, I bring market knowledge and resourcefulness to every real estate transaction. I attended Texas A&M University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development and a Master's Degree in Agricultural Development. I lived in College Station for seven years and that is where I began my real estate career before returning home to the southeast Houston area.
I am a proud supporter of the Clear Creek ISD Education Foundation, Friendswood Education Foundation, Clear Creek FFA Livestock Auction, Texas A&M Century Club, Pearland Little League, League City Girl's Softball Association, Make a Stand Bully Rescue, 100 Club, Assist the Officer, JDRF, and various other local fundraisers and organizations. A portion of all of my transactions is donated to charities and/or local fundraisers.

Born and raised in Friendswood Texas, Nick has the market knowledge and the passion to begin his real estate career with a bang! Nick is already familiar with the ins and outs of real estate, having worked at Stanfield Properties for nearly 3 years, first as a real estate intern for Alan & Beth Stanfield, and later as a full-time office staffer.
With this strong real estate foundation already in place, Nick is ready to provide a great home buying, selling, or leasing experience with his dedication, loyalty, and familiarity of the local real estate market.
In his spare time, Nick works with many award-winning organizations in the marching arts community, including the Dawson High School Marching Band and Catalyst Color Guard located in Pearland, Texas, and Redemption Guard located in Houston, Texas.
