Hi, I'm Beverly George and I have three reasons you should choose me to be your real estate agent. I have a listening ear, a servant's heart and two decades of full-time experience in real estate. The first thing I will do is listen to you, because I understand everyone is different. I know I need to grasp what you need to do, what you are hoping for and what challenges you face, before I have the building blocks I need to represent you. The most important thing I will bring to our relationship is my servant's heart. I sincerely believe when you choose me to be your agent, your needs become more important than mine. I am patient, with a very even personality. There is no task I feel I am too good to perform. I will put no pressure on you to make decisions based on my agenda. I will always be there when you need me, even if that's two o'clock in the morning. I take my commitment to you very seriously. A listening ear and a servant's heart are critical to the success of your real estate transaction, but you need more. You need someone with the education and credentials to act as your agent. You need someone who will not be surprised by the twists and turns life brings. You need an experienced negotiator, a trustworthy advisor and a friend in the business. You need someone with a keen eye to detail. That's me. I'm the agent you need. In 1998 a friend invited me to his company's annual awards banquet, where he received the Rookie of the Year Award. That night, I decided the next Rookie of the Year would be me, even though, at the time, I didn't even have my real estate license. I went right to work, studying for the real estate exam and volunteering my time at the real estate office so I could learn the ropes. I earned my license and, just as I had promised myself and my friend, I was the next Rookie of the Year. Since then I have earned my GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist)

RJ is a lifelong North Texas and Graduate of the University of North Texas. It was during his time in Denton where, in a way, he began his Real Estate career creating RentDenton.net. Which he ran and operated for 2 years before he sold it to Denton Broker Scott Brown. In 2007 with the birth of his first Daughter, RJ chose to step into the world of Real Estate at what was the beginning of the largest financial crisis in modern history. By quickly moving away from the traditional Real Estate Business model and founding his own brand under Avery Realty Group, RJ quickly rose to be one of the top agents in the North Texas Area. By combining great service with great value he was able to become much more successful than he had ever anticipated. Because of this success RJ was able to step back from Real Estate in 2013 and focus more on his newly born Twins and pursuing his personal interests of Promoting and Performing Standup Comedy. Relocating to Garland Texas and leaving Avery Realty Group in the capable hands of his father who continues to operate today in the Cedar Creek Lake Area. In 2019 RJ decided to once again step back into Real Estate full force and founded DDFW Realty, with the same simple mission in mind he had when founding Avery Realty Group. Provide customers with informative consultation and valuable services that they are happy to refer to their friends and family. He has not rebranded the company as the vision is to expand beyond the Dallas/Fort Worth area into the company we know now as Flex Group Real Estate.
