Good morning - You will go into Matrix and click your arrow next to your name in the upper right hand corner, choose settings, then click on My Information. There you will choose header/footer. Hey Morgan, From my experience, getting the property listed usually stops the foreclosure process with most lenders. Theyd much rather see the home sold and recover their money than go through foreclosure. If your seller contacts the lender, theyll likely grant some extra time.

Any builders that you recommend? What was your worst experience with a builder?

There pros and cons with builders. I caution the future home on completion of the home to be complete on the final walk The second recommendation if you pay for a 3rd party inspection make sure things are completed before going to thr closing table.

Hell to the No. lol. Only 1 out of 10 Open Houses sell the house to an open house visitor. Most sellers don\'t know this but realtors mainly use open houses solely to get New Buyers just like yourself.\n\n1/3 of open house visitors are nosy neighbors\n1/3 have a realtor\n1/3 have no realtor. These are the reason for open houses.\n\nIf you want new buyers, go do your own open houses. Buyers with no realtor will walk right in your door. Best ever.\n\nPS. Do you by law have to have a realtor to view a house

It is not a law that you have to have a real estate agent to show you a house. You are always welcome to contact the sellers agent directly, and they can show you the home as that is part of their duty and getting the home sold for the sellers. The caveat to deciding to do this is that the sellers agent does only represent the sellers interest, and you could be directly hurting your own interest by going through their agent since you have nobody on your team, so to speak. When deciding on a buyers agent, its a good idea to interview and find out what their qualifications and experience are. Some good questions to ask are how will they best negotiate on your behalf, How many buyers have they represented in the last year, Are they familiar with the areas that youre looking, What sets them apart from other agents in the area. As of August of last year, all agents are required to ask you to sign a representation agreement in order to show you homes that are not their own listing. This is, in fact, a law that the AGENT Has to comply with or else we may not show the listing to a prospective buyer if we do not have something signed by them before showing. These recent changes are good for the consumer and actually help to fill the gap of understanding what the role is of a real estate agent for the consumer and how the real estate agent gets paid. It is definitely possible to rent a home with low credit scores if you have good financial standing, but the decision ultimately lies with the landlord. Typically, they will require a larger security deposit and/or an upfront rental payment.
