Being a liaison between the agents/members and with the board, I will help get your voice heard. I am always willing to put our members concerns & suggestions on the table. You can count on me to be present & represent our ever changing industry.
Well, we are all very much aware of the NAR situation and I know without a doubt HAR has our members best interest at hand and will do all they can & what is best for the members & the community as a whole. With proper training & the right value proposition, the upcoming changes should not affect those who strive to offer top-notch customer service & truly working for their clients. There is always value with the right service. As I've said before, some of our agents need guidance & proper training with facilitating a transaction. We have so many agents that are not well-versed in the industry and that usually falls on the agents that are co-oping with them. I feel that our industry should take advantage of all the tools & resources available to them to become the best version of themselves. Transactions & communications amongst all parties will go much smoother. HAR has a wealth of education, tools & resources to help equip our agents for success, it's just the guidance to help our agents get there!

Being a real estate veteran with 25+ combined years of sales experience with a proven track record in selling homes from $100,000 to over $1 million. Leadership and management development courses have allowed me an opportunity to coach, mentor & develop one's real estate career while knowing what it takes to be on the field. Eager to share the multi-facets of the industry & years of marketing experience as an agent, I enjoy teaching agents how to grow their business & partner with them to find the missing elements that take them from great to the best! Having ran an office of over 80 successful producing agents and staff, I have established myself as a leader in the real estate community. In charge of hiring, coaching, training and managing sales contracts- I go out of my way to stay in the know & always one step ahead of the competition. With a 12-year background in the automobile industry, negotiations & overcoming objections is a strong suit while building a client for life. With the multitude of networks over the years, I've developed long-lasting relationships & connections that are priceless. Connecting people across various industries and seeing their success evolve is a great satisfaction!
