I have been a residential Realtor for 16 years. I obtained my Broker's license a few years ago and have since opened my own brokerage. I have two wonderful agents working with me. I work with both sellers and buyers but most of my/our business has been with listings. When you work with both sellers and buyers, I believe it gives you the insight to understand both sides of a transaction. As a result, I think it makes a real estate agent more valuable to their clients. I have done sales from $80,000 to listings over $4,000,000.
