What do you believe is the greatest challenge facing our industry today?

In light of the recent NAR lawsuit, one of the biggest challenges facing the real estate industry today is the need to raise the bar of excellence and professionalism among realtors. This entails addressing issues such as transparency, ethical conduct, and fair representation. HAR, as a prominent real estate association, can play a crucial role in addressing these challenges and ensuring the sustainability of the industry. Drawing from my experience in South Asia, where buyers' agents are paid by buyers, I have a unique perspective on the new law and can assist the industry as a whole in how to address this new challenge. Overall, by taking proactive measures to enhance professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct within the industry, HAR and I can help realtors navigate the challenges posed by the NAR lawsuit and ensure their continued success in the long run.

Real Estate Business Experience

I started my Real Estate journey in 2013, my first focus was on New Construction, getting to know the builders, their products, and becoming a partner. Shortly after my first year, my brother-in-law and I started our team - The Seth Brothers Real Estate Team. We teach our members how to add value to their clients and the market. We have 25 team members with an average of 256 transactions per year since 2014, 2% commercial transactions, and an average sales price of $458,945. Every member of our team learns how to be a true professional. I am heavily involved with National Builders by teaching them how to Decode and Win Cultural Buyers. Leading by example on how to add value to the market.
