ELECTION 2025 CANDIDATE PROFILE
Having managed a significant amount of agents over the last five years, and my experience sitting on the Board of Directors currently, I feel I can bring a well rounded perspective to the issues facing many agents today.
I believe the recent NAR settlement has brought on the most immediate challenge to our industry and will take some adjustments on both the agent and the associations moving forward. I feel with good communication from HAR and their support of the REALTOR's in the public eye is instrumental in helping our need to bring awareness to the value of relying on and utilizing a REALTOR in a real estate transaction.

I have worked in the residential real estate industry for almost 20 years working with buyers and sellers. Over the last few years I have averaged about $10M in sales production and primarily serve the North Houston/Montgomery County areas. I manage an office of almost 200 agents which produce over $400M in sales and over 1300 transactions last year. While my average sales price is around $425k my office average is about $315k.
