Leading various HAR Advisory Groups, such as Risk Management and Communication, has equipped me to identify top talent and lead teams of different sizes and missions. Additionally, my contributions to the Young Professionals Network (YPN), professional development, TREPAC, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and MLS Advisory Boards for HAR, as well as holding the Texas Realtors Director position for multiple terms, exemplify my strong leadership qualities. Being selected as a Regional Vice President (RVP) for Texas Realtors in 2025 further underscores my capability. With a proven track record in leadership, I can successfully guide organizations through challenging times. Given the significant changes in the real estate industry, my expertise uniquely qualifies me to contribute to the growth and development of the Association. My unwavering passion for this industry and my strong desire to contribute to its growth and development motivate me to seek a position on the Board of Directors for HAR. I am fully committed to earning your vote.

What do you believe is the greatest challenge facing our industry today?

In today's rapidly evolving industry, we are facing unprecedented challenges. We are not only confronted with the NAR Lawsuit Challenge, but also the continuous involvement of the DOJ in lawsuits with various entities within our industry. The leadership of HAR has been exemplary in tackling these issues head-on and ensuring that our members are equipped with the necessary tools, education, and resources. Moving forward, transparency and communication will be crucial for the success of our industry. In addition to these internal challenges, we also face external forces such as market instability, affordability concerns, uncertainties surrounding political elections, and the global impact of climate change. The combination of all these challenges demands the presence of qualified leadership to guide our association into the future.

Community/Charitable Involvement

I am deeply committed to giving back to the community and have actively participated in various charitable organizations. As a dedicated volunteer at Abundant Love Children's Church, I have consistently contributed my time and efforts to support their mission. Additionally, I had the privilege of organizing a highly successful fundraising event during my office's Grand Opening, which raised over $40,000 for the Elijah Rising Foundation. Recognizing the importance of education and equal opportunities, I also volunteered at Yellowstone Academy, where I had the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged children in the Houston area. It was truly fulfilling to be part of a team that provided them with the resources and support they needed to thrive. Furthermore, I have had the honor of serving as a grand jury panelist for Harris County. This role allowed me to contribute to the justice system and participate in the decision-making process for important legal matters. Giving back to the community has always been a priority for me, and I am proud to have made a meaningful difference through my volunteer work and service on various panels and organizations.
