What do you believe is the greatest challenge facing our industry today?

The real estate industry faces significant challenges such as market volatility, economic uncertainty, the impact of natural disasters, and ongoing lawsuits from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). As we navigate these turbulent times, HAR has been focusing on a proactive approach in addressing these issues by providing education, advocating for policies, and fostering collaboration among members to ensure resilience and success. Additionally, collaboration and communication are key. HAR focuses on fostering a strong sense of community among its members, encouraging the sharing of best practices and innovative solutions. By creating a platform for realtors to come together, HAR can facilitate discussions on how to effectively respond to challenges and support one another. I believe that as realtors, we should also play our part and contribute to addressing these challenges. We can do so by staying informed, supporting community initiatives, and actively participating in efforts to overcome obstacles in our industry. I am committed to adding value and making a difference by leveraging my experience, expertise, and dedication to serve both HAR and the real estate community effectively.
