ELECTION 2025 CANDIDATE PROFILE
My primary qualifications include my role as a broker overseeing 22 agents, past presidency of the Women’s Council of Realtors Houston in 2023, where I collaborated with five industry leaders, and my current position as Vice President for the Women’s Council of Realtors Texas District, overseeing three local networks. I believe that my ability to work effectively alongside others is a key trait that I would bring to the Director position at HAR, greatly benefiting its members.
Currently, our industry is struggling with two primary challenges. Firstly, high insurance rates are hindering potential buyers from purchasing homes. Secondly, there's a perception challenge due to the ongoing NAR lawsuit, impacting how the public views us. I believe offering classes on navigating these challenges would greatly enhance our value as agents.

I am a broker with 22 agents and we close about 95% residential and 5% commercial. On average we close 70 transactions and our average sales price is $400,000.
