What special or unique characteristics do you feel you would bring to the Director position that would most benefit HAR's members?

I’m asking for your vote because there is Nothing Special or Unique I would bring. I’m a small broker, but I’m an agent just like the rest of us. My perspective is just like many of yours. We are all out there hustling to provide for our families, better our communities and represent our clients the best way we know how. I work on weekends when I don’t want to and try even harder to not work on weekends if I can avoid it, just like you. What I would bring is someone who has integrity, is honest and knows how to hustle, budget, work hard, learn, research, and advocate.

What do you believe is the greatest challenge facing our industry today?

The Quality and Professionalism of Brokers, Brokerages, Teams and Agents.
