Michelle's natural ability to listen and have a genuine interest in what her colleagues need assistance with and put forth a game plan to ensure their success. She enjoys being an advocate, a voice to see that change happens where needed and finding ways to enhance areas that are striving! A veteran sales woman of over 25 years has taught Michelle that relationships and integrity are everything and one must always be adaptable to change.
There are several challenges that are faced on a day to day basis. Aside from competing with discount brokerages and third party sources trying to slowly fade out the personal relationship between a real estate professional and the consumer- is the lack of education and quick wit needed to keep you on your toes! It is extremely important that one stays up to date with the ever changing technology, trends and always being one step ahead of the consumer. If the initiative is taken to self educate then there is no reason why you can't justify your self worth and win over that client! With the amazing resources at the tip of a finger- taking the steps to advance yourself not only helps clients but makes for a smooth working relationship with a co-op agent.
