ELECTION 2019 CANDIDATE PROFILE
I feel I have strong leadership skills, I'm reliable, ethical and always do what I say I'm going to do. Being a partner/owner in my appraisal company over the past 11 years I feel I can bring knowledge of more areas of real estate. I grew up in real estate with my grandmother and mother both being agents and I will work hard to bring value to the board in any way I can.
Keeping up with technology and the latest in industry practices. It's important to know what clients want and how they want it. Knowing these for different generational groups is key in keeping our industry growing and the lead choice for consumers in real estate transactions.

I have been in real estate for the past 15 years starting as an appraiser and now a Realtor. I focus on residential listings mostly but enjoy working with buyers as well. My average transactions are about 10-20 per year with an average list/sale price of $300,000.

I currently serve on the PTO board at Mittelstadt Elem in Klein ISD, was a parent reader this year and volunteered in several classrooms. I am involved in my local church and do several community events with them each year including NAM and food pantry service. I have been a member of the Cy Fair Chamber as well as BNI where I held 2 separate positions of Secretary/Treasurer and President. I am also involved in fundraising for several local charities and athletic teams.
I monetarily give to TREPAC and other political campaigns.
