What special or unique characteristics do you feel you would bring to the Director position that would most benefit HAR's members?

I would bring a variety of real estate knowledge and experience to the HAR members from being an agent and certified appraiser in this amazing industry over the past 16 years. I am a strong leader and truly care about making a difference.

What do you believe is the greatest challenge facing our industry today?

I believe one of our greatest challenges is competing against the online brokerage firms. We need to continually educate consumers about the personalized service real estate agents offer.

I have been in the real estate industry for the past 16 years. My career began as an appraiser in 2002 while attending Texas A&M. In 2007 I became the co-owner of Market Elite Inc, a residential appraisal firm. I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2015 and still hold a certified residential appraiser license. I represent both buyers and sellers in residential transactions and have closed 11 transactions in the past 15 months. Average listing/sale price is $270,000.
