ELECTION 2019 CANDIDATE PROFILE
As a new but foremost small brokerage, We encounter challengeS. How to face the growing market and the competition in the Real Estate? As a women also, how to grow and break the barrier and have a successful business? As a foreign, we have culture and language barriers. Being part of the board of directors, I will make sure I bring on the board table the challenges faced by small brokerage, their needs, their concerns and work to find solutions on how to remediate our concerned as small brokerage.
The greatest challenge today I believe is economic inflation. The income stays the same while price of houses and interest rate are rising. I have a client for example who is approved for a certain amount of money since last year but can't find anything right now . Price went up which is good for Real Estate but represent a big challenge for buyers.

I love selling Real Estate. Closing on a transaction on the buyer side or the seller side and have buyers or sellers thank me is the best feeling a Realtor can have. Saving a friend, a family member or an unknown seller from foreclosure and give them new hope is what make me want to grow, do more in Real Estate. Putting a family with kids and have those children thanked you and hugged you or called you because they like their new home or new room bring tears to my eyes and make me live. I mainly represent buyers and the price range are between USD 200,000-$500,000. I'm a new brokerage, I opened the brokerage mid December 2017. I had to step back to travel with my family. I'm back in the Real Estate game and ready to dominate my market. I have 2 agents as right now. I average 5 or 6 transactions a year since I started selling Real Estate.
