What special or unique characteristics do you feel you would bring to the Director position that would most benefit HAR's members?

I believe I bring a sound background of business experience coupled with the ability to work well with all types of people. My leadership experience has taught me to analyze situations, evaluate alternatives and make sound decisions. I am a good listener and act to bring consensus but am not afraid to stand up for things I feel strongly about.

What do you believe is the greatest challenge facing our industry today?

The emergence of companies into the real estate industry disrupting the current industry model with little concern for the consumer and only interested in the bottom line.
