ELECTION 2019 CANDIDATE PROFILE
I am a Broker/Owner of my own company which I have owned for approximately 23 years. I believe I bring a level of knowledge with me to be thoughtful in processing the business of our Association. I am service oriented and feel strongly that we have a grat association and want to assure that we are meeting the expectation of our members. I try to get around the area to different events so I can meet with other Realtors and know what is happening in their areas and what their concerns are regarding with business and membership.
We are seeing a Shift in the markets that although cyclical may affect the Houston market more severely than they have recently do to the effects of Harvey on our area. Also, with new brokerage models coming into play (eXp, Open Door, Redfin,etc)and more on the horizon. Commissions, training fees, coaching fees tech fees, and association fees al come into how our membership will continue to be successful. We are also talking about what is happening with MLSs and how this also plays a role in our industry. It's extremely important that our Board stay on top of issues and provide the best decisions to keep our membership in the forefront of change that improve their livelihood.

I do 98% residential and 2% small commercial(lease space).I represent buyers and sellers equally. I represent a boutique firm that i own. I presently have 3 agents in my firm. Our average price range is around $400,000.
